Locked out my account
So many issues with the app. Unpleasant experience. I'm trying to sign in, but they say my password is wrong, and I have to reset it. When I enter my email and click next, it shows me an error message. I don’t have access to my account, and it has been three days, and no one is replying to my emails since they usually reply via the in-app chat. Don’t open an account here; you will face many inconveniences and the customer care is a very lengthy process. Getting a visa for a country is faster compared to Liv.
Horrible
I did not know it is possible to create horrible useless application like this! It is making me crazy for months! I cannot login, it is impossible. I am so regret to have this account.
