LogTen Pilot Logbook 4+

I am very suprised with the price increase every year just to log the hours. I bought long time ago the lifetime version which I am not able to use anymore. Now I will have to change to another digital logbook. For me the price is to crazy.

You are the worst application that anybody can buy. I paid you for life time. Do you know what the life time means? It means I can use this application all my life. I haven’t died yet. Somehow you cancelled the old version. And you declared that you have the new one. No SIR! I don’t want to use the new one. I want to use the old one. Keep your promise. Are you a lier? I think you are. I paid you. Do you understand? I paid you for life time. I am an old pilot. And I tell this story to the young pilots. No pilots will buy anything from you any more. I will tell everybody I know. You cannot get any new clients anymore.
Yes you are the worst seller I have ever seen in my life.

Conclusion is zero. Nothing happens. Stays the same. No help. No grateful. You became rich because of us. But you will go to hell because of us again. Because everyday many pilots are swearing you. You know what? I am really surprised about what you wrote me. Shame on you. 😂😂😂😂😂 how can you say that I can get my old records on old application. You already know that almost every week apple makes new updates. If I want to use your old version I need to have one more iPad so I can keep my iPad without updates to run your old application. Are you kidding? One application one iPad. Himmmmm! Logical... 😂😂😂 you are so funny my friends. I hope you cannot spend my money. I hope you bankrupt. I am not a lawyer. But I am sure that one day one brave man will sue you. I don’t have time for that...

The version of LogTen Pro that you purchased will absolutely continue to work on the devices and operating systems that it was designed for. I would also like to take this opportunity to clarify that prior to our latest major release, LogTen Pro had always been sold as a "buy-the-box" purchase. This meant that you paid once to download the app, received all in-version updates for free, and when a new version was released it was a paid upgrade.

Each version has worked on a minimum of 4 operating systems, and each upgrade was offered at a reduced price to existing customers. Apologies again for any confusion, but we had never advertised nor implied that previous versions of LogTen Pro were eligible to receive updates and upgrades forever.

This app updates only basic things, still works on sync with each device etc. I am using for 3 years and sync option was already there. They are publishing and update and telling me stnc with each device easily! All updates tell me the same story. I advise them to bring in-flight rest option to build in app. It is so easy to add. You will ask if this flight includes an in-flight rest (like PF selection) and it will automatically calculate inflight rest depending on the crew number. They said they are working on it last year but still nothing. (Block time-2) / crew number. That is that easy. Also, this app doesnt have enough import capability. Other apps can import times by taking Acars screen photo or importing excel file but you have to enter your flights manually here.

The new automatic syncing method, which greatly improves reliability and the security of your logbook data, joins an Apple Watch app, a navigation redesign, new multi-screen features for the iPad, widgets, and new graph reports, amongst other features added to LogTen in the last couple of years.
