Femme Power Practice is opening in to blank black page

I can’t really do the 30 day badder babe plan because the first challenge is bugging. Please fix as soon as possible.

They took money from my bank without permission!

Even though I cancelled my subscription and didn’t subscribe for monthly payment, they took 113 AED (30 EUR) from my account without my permission!! When I reach out to their support team (which is impossible to reach from their website) they refused to pay and said that it’s been more than 14 days. I said no, they took it today. I shared the bank statement. They send the same response and refuse to refund. I’m not even sure if they are a legit company. I’ll open a case against them in Cyprus. Don’t download, don’t use, don’t trust them as an advice!
