Unfair credit consumption and MacBook incompatibility
Hello, I bought the Pro version of Mapify and I've been using it for a few weeks now, but there is a problem that needs to be fixed: I can zoom into the mind maps I created in Mapify on the screen of my iPhone and iPad using two fingers, but in the app on my MacBook, despite trying all the shortcut alternatives and applying different options with the maus wheel, I have not been able to zoom into a mind map and the texts appear very small in the mind map on the MacBook app. I have a very hard time reading it. Please put a zoom in / zoom out function on the mind map on MacBook as soon as possible. It is very difficult to use it this way. This is a big shortcoming. I also think the credit consumption is unfair. Even though I use Mapify for a fee, it used 91 credits for a 20 minute audio (mp3) summary. This is too much and not sustainable. I have recommended this application to many people around me, but my friends also think that the credit consumption on Mapify is unfair and unreasonable. Please be more generous to us Mapify subscribers!
