You have the opportunity to receive recommendations according to the itinerary you determine every day based on your needs.
In addition to light or more intense exercise programs that adapt to your daily routine, it offers exercise plans prepared by experts specifically for your complaints or needs of the day.
Carefully crafted healthy pregnancy and childbirth meditations help the mother to better understand and embrace her own body during pregnancy and easily establish a connection with her baby. Moreover, it not only caters to the stages of pregnancy but also prepares the mother for postpartum through meditation in the most appropriate way.
With life coaching videos, we provide many benefits to expectant mothers during pregnancy. Relax mentally with videos on emotional support, childbirth preparation, communication skills, self-confidence, and stress management.
We also contribute to maintaining the health of both your baby and yourself with healthy nutrition recipes. We deliver what you wonder easily through articles that will guide you during pregnancy.

From the moment it falls into your womb, its happiness became your happiness. Therefore, there is, of course, a separately prepared profile for your baby as well.
