We are sorry you had to face delays issues using Mercuryo. A Bitcoin transaction can take up to 60 minutes or even a day or two to get confirmed.
To display the complete picture, there are more factors presented that affect the transaction time:
-Excessive network congestion with sharp fluctuations in the bitcoin rate;
-Low transaction priority;
-Low commission.
Network load refers to the number of transactions the blockchain carries out during the day. The more transactions in the mempool, the more time it takes to process each of them.
Therefore, please do not worry if the transaction process is not completed within 20-30 minutes. Transaction processes might take more time to be completed.
