IOS 13.1.2 de mail senkronizasyonu gitti
Merhaba,
Cihazımı IOS 13.1.2’te yükselttikten sonra uygulamanın mail senkronizasyonu gitti. Bu nedenle iş mailimden gelen xlsx, pdf gibi dosyaları artık açamıyorum. Docs work içerisinde yer alan my files ve imported files klasörüne ise maildeki dosyayı kaydedemiyorum sadece iphone’uma kaydediyor Docs work ise bu alanı görmediği için yine dosyayı açamıyorum. Acil çözülmesi gereken çok ciddi bir sorun.
Desteğinizi rica ediyorum.

İphone 16 yüklendikten sonra mail atamıyoruz dosya açılmıyor lütfen destek verin.
