Yıllardır alışveriş yaptığım site nişanda giyeceğim elbiseyi ilkini defolu gönderdi olur böyle görmemişler dedim... aynı ürünü bir daha sipariş ettim yine defolu ürün gönderdiler üstüne üstelik kardeşimin Nişanına 2 gün kala... arıyorsunuz müşteri hizmetleri diyorla iade edin biliyorum iadeyi mesele ürünü iade etmek değil 2 gün kala MODANİSA tarafından hayal kırıklığına uğramaktı. Madurum diyorum sizin ürün paketi yapan personelleriniz yüzünden iade edin diyorlar ÖZÜR dileriz bile demiyorlar. Yazık Ülkede bir yer beğenilirse git gide kalitesi özeni artması gerekirken bizde tam tersi geriye gidiyor. Bunların arasında sanırım MODANİSA da kendine yer buldu hizmetin en kötüsü nasıl olur...⁉️
