Aldığm ürün notebook hep yavaş. Çağrı açtım boş. Sevise gönderdim boş. Güncelleme indirdim boş. Çare bulamadım. En son özel servise götürdüm Hardiskini değiştirdim. O yüzden memnun değilim. Çözümsüzlük

Kusurlu ürün çilesi
Daha 5 ay önce eşdeğerdeki diğer ürünlere kıyasla çok daha yüksek bir bedelle sayın almıl olduğum notebook kusurlu çıktı. Bir tek istanbulda bulunan yetkili servisinize 2. Defa ürünü göndermek durumunda kalıyorum. Çünki cihaz daha da kötü bir hale gelmiş. En doğal hakkım olan değişim talebi dikkate alınmadığı için, 2 ay kadar uzaktan çalışma yerine işe gitmek zorunda kaldım. Umarım bir yetkili sesimi duyar ve yardımcı olur.
