Ücretli program. Kesinlikle ücret almadan kullanılamıyor. Tuzak da kurmuşlar zaten uygulama içi satın alım için. Öyle yükleyeyim de satın almadan yukarıdan çarpıya-skip’e basar geçerim diye bi alternatif yok

İlk 3 gün ücretsiz sonrasında yıllık aylık abonelikleri mevcut ona rağmen ilk 3 gün deneme sürümü bitmeden kartımdan 439 TL yıllık ücret kestiler. Şimdi iade ile uğraşıyorum bu pandemi döneminde olacak iş değil gerçekten bu kadar kolay olmamalı bu gibi şeyler!!!!!

3 günlük deneme sürümü var diye indirdim para aldılar

Deneme sürümünü indirdim. İlk 3 gün ücretsiz yazıyordu. Bu nedenle indirmiştim. Fakat kartımdan para çekildi. Uygulamayı indirdikten sonra, 1 saat bile geçmeden bir sorun olduğunu fark edip hemen iptal ettim. Fakat kartımdan para çekilmiş. Ücret iadesi için başvurdum, bekliyorum ve mağdurum. Apple güvencesiyle sürekli birçok uygulamanın deneme sürümünü indirip beğenmezsem siliyorum. İlk defa ücretsiz deneme sürümü indirip, para ödeme durumunda kaldım. Ücretsiz deneme sürümüne ve Apple’a güvenim zedelendi. Biran önce ücret iadesi talep ediyorum.
