Money held and cannot open account

My money is still in the account I’ve sent multiple mails to get help but no support has been provided A complete fraud app which holds your money and doesn’t give you access to it

Update: I’ve tried many times of contacting and emailing and nothing has happened yet
I still haven’t got my money or have been able to access my account
