It's fast, without queues and long waits. No more paperwork, long forms or printing labels. All of that from 2,5 €.


What's in the app?

Send a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or printing labels. With our mobile application, in which you can find the Between us service, you can send a shipment in a moment. All you need is a phone and an online payment. You can pay online with card or via Apple Pay.

Returning the shipment
Do you need to return a shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application enables a simple return of the shipment, you only need to enter the code that you received from the e-shop. You don't need to fill in anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to the detailed tracking of the shipment and the connection with our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be informed. The app will notify you immediately when the shipment is ready for pickup.

Delivery points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest delivery points in the area. At the same time, the built-in filter allows you to select those places where you can pay by card, for example. You will then find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours, in the details of the delivery point.

Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

Worst courier ever

I have ordered hundreds of items online in my life, with different courier companies, in different countries. For the first time in my life, I am having problems with the courier company.

With normal and decent courier companies, you’d just receive a code via SMS from them, and just type it on the screen and then you’ll have your package.

But with Packeta, there are lots of meaningless and tedious steps. First, you need to install their app. Second, you need to register the app with the phone number associated with your package. (What if the online store entered my phone number to your platform wrongly?) Then you need to give lots of permissions to the app. Then you need to use this app to receive your package, via a Bluetooth. (I’ve been hearing lots of people having problems with Bluetooth connection to the Packeta box and the app.)

I did all of these. I received an SMS that my package is arrived and I should pick it up. So, I went to the Packeta pickup points (Z-Box) by walking like 2 kilometers, and struggled in front of their boxes like an hour. And I couldn’t get my package. Because the app didn’t list the package I should get. I don’t know what to say anymore.

Never, ever use Packeta.

In case the sender provided us with wrong phone number, recommend to call our customer service (+420 216 216 516), our colleagues will help you to change the contact information so that the parcel appears in your app and you can pick it up easily. Phone Number Urgent Solution

I have a package which is sent with Turkish phone number but to be registered to app, you can only write Czech, Slovak, Romanian phone number. Why there’s such a restriction? I dont know how I will get my package.

Hello, you can submit shipments to Czech Republic, Slovak, Hungary and Romania and therefore our app can accept phone numbers only from these countries. In case you do not have one of those numbers, please contact our customer service (https://www.zasilkovna.cz/en/customer-service) and our colleagues will help you to redirect the shipment to retail store. Worse drop off box service ever

I haven't used a worse service in my life. I ordered a small parcel which has to come to the nearby box but I can't pick it up because I don't have mobile data, which the application needs in order to give access to my parcel.

Hello, you can pick up the package from the Z-BOX even without mobile data. All you need to do is load the package into the app in advance from a place where you have a Wi-Fi connection. Then, at the box, all you will need for pickup is Bluetooth and GPS 😊 Nikola from Packeta
