Disappointment

There's not enough room to take notes, it's very useless to me. I'm asking for a refund.

It sounds like perhaps you are looking for a more comprehensive OB patient tracker. Can I suggest "OB Tracker: Pregnancy Wheel". It's far more powerful, has unlimited room for notes, and is free to try so you can determine if it's a good fit before purchasing. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
