Configuration is straightforward. The RoomKeeper app integrates with the iOS system calendar, making it compatible with any calendar service (Microsoft365™, Gmail™, Exchange™, iCloud™, and others). Simply set your target calendar as the default in the system settings (it's recommended to configure only the target calendar on the device). All calendar synchronization is handled reliably by the system. Additionally, you can specify a web URL for reachability checks to avoid outdated event information.
