Express verification does not work

They took money for express verification. As a result, verification does not work, and the money was not returned

Electronic ticket

I couldn’t find the electronic flight ticket through the app as a financial document.

Non Eu Discrimination

Doesnt provide non eu people with boarding pass. Although checked in I need to wait 1 hour each time at the checkin desk for visa check. My visa is valid for 5 years not sure why Ryanair makes non eu people go through this ridiculous process while all other airlines provide boarding pass to non eu and check visa at boarding gates but not Ryanair. In case its for the reason that you dont want to waste time at the gates, you guys are delayed for more than half of the time I fly with you anyways
