Merhaba Safeswiss geliştiricileri,
Uygulamanızı indirdiğim günden beridir kullanıp ve çevreme kullandırtmaktayım. Ama uygulamanızda kullanım deneyimlerim bazı bug yani hataları farketmemi sağladı. Bu gördüğüm hataları size buradan paylaşmak isterim sizin hatalarınızı düzeltmeniz açısından.
BUG
1-) Sesli arama hiç iyi değil. Arkadaşımı arıyom onun sesi bana gelirken o benim sesimi duymuyor. Bluetooth kapalı olmasına rağmen Bluetooth kulaklık bağlıymış gibi gösteriyor. Sesi göndermiyor.
2- maalesef ki uygulamanızda görüntülü konuşma özelliği halen daha yok.
3- hesabı kullanmak istemediğinde tamamen silemiyorsun. Bu bence çok kötü. Oturumu kapat butonuna bastıktan sonra sadece hesabımla ilgili verilerimi siliyor. Hesabı tamamen silmiyor. Aynı hesap ve şifreyle tekrardan giriş yapabiliyorum. Bu yüzden hesabı sil (delete account) özelliğinin gelmesi şart.
4- uygulama mesaj gönderip alma hususunda da donma ve kasma olayları ara ara yaşanıyor. Hatta gönderdiğim mesajı teslim edilmesine rağmen karşı tarafın görmemesi, internet bağlantısında sıkıntı olmamasına rağmen mesaj alıp göndermede bazen sıkıntı yaşamamız moral bozuyor.
5- mesaj geldiğinde arka arkaya, o an uygulamada olmayıp sonradah girdiğimde mesajlar yüklenirken uygulamadan atıyor.
6- 10 tane fotoğraf birden gönderdiğimde uygulama bazen çöküp uygulamadan atıyor veya attığım fotoğrafların 1-2 tanesini eksik gönderiyor
Şimdilik bu kadar bunları düzeltin. Bu kadar hata saymam uygulamanın kötü olduğu anlamına gelmez. Bence gayet güzel ama bunların da düzeltilmesi şart.
