Refound is difficult
Their service and prices are good but it is difficult to get a security deposit refound. They said 30 working days to refound it which is 40-45 calender days. I think it is not acceptable and also you always have to chase them up and reaching via phone is extremly difficult.
They don’t return your money
I book a car and in the end I found out there is a deposit so I cancelled but they auto take the deposit so I called them to cancel and it’s been 3 weeks and they didn’t return the money not the deposit or the rental
Refund money
Sakın, asla bu programı indirmeyin kesinlikle bunlar dolandırıcı, deposit 1 gün sonra hesabınıza yatar yazıyor ama doğru değil!! Kesinlikle buradan kiralamayınız.
