This is a very effective app to help you quit smoking. It helps you to overcome cravings through the recommended delay technique, it helps you track your progress and the improvements in your body. The daily selfie feature will keep you motivated.
I tried to quit many times using many methods but by far the greatest help came from Allen Carr's excellent book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking".
The book explores the psyche of smoking tobacco, provides excellent arguments about why you should and how you should stop smoking. And no, the arguments are not simply "will kill you". Allen Carr's arguments actually work.
The main takeaway for me was this: It is not possible to reduce smoking, you have to quit it completely. You will have your last smoke, you will that observe what that cigarette is ACTUALLY doing to you and when you are done you will throw away the bud and the rest of your pack(or give it to someone you don't like) and declare yourself ex-smoker.
You wish it was that easy, right? It is that easy but your nicotine-addicted mind will play games with you. It will try to argue you into "just one cigarette, I promise". It will be very annoying but that will pass in days. Later it would be more sneaky.

The "smoke delaying" method works wonders on the strong cravings. Use it from the "HELP" tab.
The strong cravings are just in the first few days, as it gets easier you might forget what you gained by quitting and how bad was when you smoking. To protect you from your nicotine-addicted sneaky mind a "Daily Selfie" function is the cornerstone of the app. Essentially, you take a selfie on the day you quit and every day thereafter and you can see how your skin gets nicer, teeth whiter and smiley prettier. If a month or two after you quit, your (ex)nicotine-addicted brain had the brilliant(!) idea of "just one smoke" you can look back at the pictures and confidently say "NO".
You also don't quit smoking without having a bit of arrangement in your social circles. That's why there are missions where you win prizes by collecting support from your friends. Maybe make them quit too?
Well, if your friends are not that supportive you can make new friends here too!
And the smoky is your trophy, you customize your smoky with the prizes you earn or win.
