The Solid Starts app has been devised by a team of doctors, feeding specialists, swallowing specialists, and dieticians. Quickly search for a food (eggs, chicken, strawberries, anything!) and feel confident in exactly how to prepare it for baby.

Want to track foods or access recipes? With a paid subscription, you can record baby's progress with a digital food log, track baby's favourite foods, make a list of foods you'd like to try later, and track any foods baby has had a reaction to which you can share with doctors and caregivers. Subscribers also have access to a searchable database of more than 300 recipes.

An amazing food database!

This database should be known by every pediatrician in the world and should be referred to every single parent. That way we would ALL have happy little eaters. Since the beginning of our solid food journey, I have been using every tool they provide, every single day, multiple times a day. Checking out nutritions, allergens, ways to serve according to my baby’s age. The all-access-pass is another whole deal. Best money spent probably ever. Really. My 10 month old is IN LOVE with food and eating with us at the table, feeding herself without help, with whatever we all eat, thanks to this amazing team.
