Description
stera smart one Waitはstera smart oneで受け付けた注文ステータスをお客さま側へ表示することを可能にして、待ち時間のストレス解消を実現するアプリです。
主な特徴：
お客さまの注文受付番号とステータスを可視化。待ち時間に対する不満解消により顧客満足度の向上を実現。
追加機能:
・ 設定画面アクセス: 順番呼び出し画面の左下部分を6秒以上長押しすると設定画面が表示され、カスタマイズが可能です。
このアプリは「stera smart one」をご契約いただいた加盟店さま向けのアプリです。利用するためには、 stera smart oneの管理画面より「店舗」→「端末管理」→「Wait」へアクセスし、端末と連携することが必要です。
