The Talented app is an AI-driven mobile application developed by JobTech Private Limited. The application is able to profile and benchmark individual resumes based on automated skills extraction technology, matching and recommending talents with the right learning and career opportunities.

The mobile application will provide real-time data insights from the Singapore job market to help users in navigating the learning and career development space. In addition, job opportunities will also be recommended based on the individual's skills profile. The Talented application makes use of Big Data and Natural Language Processing technologies from JobTech to provide real-time analysis of the skills demand in the job market, so both students and working professionals can be empowered with useful information for their education and career planning.

With Talented, users will be guided to their career goals through the app’s recommendations and goal setting features. where the app will recommend personalised learning and career pathway to reach the set goal.
