Description
At The Good Rooms, we bring together excellent teachers, practitioners and facilities to create a warm welcoming environment where people can come and go, but will always feel central and valued. We are proud to offer wellness for everyone, in the heart of Muswell Hill.
The Good Rooms offers group hot yoga, Dynamic Hot Pilates and warm Barre classes upstairs because yoga and pilates can be so effective when enjoyed together.
We have two beautiful treatment rooms downstairs too where excellent local wellness practitioners offers superlative treatments.
