I made a mistake please u won’t ! Dont buy single ticket even if they give you free.
12 hours delay not enough i guess now we have been waitin our luggage almost 1 hour now

Unfair Treatment and Poor Service at Airport

I had a horrible experience with this company. My suitcase, which met the size specifications indicated in the ticket information, was not accepted at the airport. Despite this, I was kept waiting for over an hour and fined 65 euros, nearly causing me to miss my flight. There were additional issues with processing the payment, further exacerbating the situation. This experience was unfair and unacceptable. During this time, I observed your staff accepting baby strollers, large backpacks, and passengers with multiple items in hand, yet my bag was not permitted. I felt mistreated and insulted in front of other passengers. The rude behavior of your employees is completely unacceptable. Even if it means paying double the price for a flight, I will never fly with this company again. The behavior of their staffs at the gate was deplorable, and they even threatened to deny me boarding.
