Konum sorunu
Yeni kullanicisin ya da yeni bir adres eklemissin siparis veriyosun. Adres icin once pinleme geliyor sonra sen dogru adres detaylarini yaziyosun. Siparisi verdin, gelecek diye bekliyorsun ancak siparisin gelmiyor. Sebebi ise konumun girdigin adres detaylarindan farkli olmasi. Iade falan yok bu arada. Verdigin siparis kurye arkadas ya da restoran tarafindan yeniyor. Sen onlara yemek ismarlamis oluyorsun.

Sipariş vericem ama verene kadar canım çıkıyor. Sipariş vermek için 50 tane şey kapatıyorum. Her yeri kıpır kıpır bir uygulama, kafası karışıyor insanın. Sipariş falan veremedim, uğraşamam. Kaldırdım gitti.
Siparişimin kaybolması sorunsalı
2 saat boyunca gelmeyen siparişimi iptal etmek istediğimde müşteri temsilciniz siparişi iptal edemeyeceklerini söylediler. Ne gelen bir sipariş var ne iptal edilen, siparişim uzay boşluğunda kayboldu sanırım.
