How does it work?

Your Trueyogi journey starts with Physical Discovery and Mood Tracker:

AI assistant EVA, asks your mood and analyzes your body to provide you the flows that will support your natural physical development. In this feature, you will be able to test your flexibility, balance, and strength.

After learning your level, you can either follow the Recommended Classes or choose sessions from the three different categories:

Practice yoga for your physical goals: Healthy Posture, Endurance, Fat Burn, Metabolism Boost, Immunity Boost, Workout Recovery, Flexibility, and Core Power.

> YOGA FOR MOOD
Practice yoga to better your mood: Relaxation, Emotional Stability, Reduce Stress & Anxiety, Concentration Boost, Confidence Boost, Energy Boost, Self Connection, and Optimism & Positivity.

Yoga challenges consisting of 9 classes for different intentions:
