Çok iyi!
Ulive sayesinde tekrar spor yapmaya başladım ve artık spor salonuna gitmeyi asla düşünmüyorum. 5 dakikada hazırlanıp evde istediğim antrenmanı yapabiliyorum. Spor salonuna gitmeden yapılmaz sandığım kuvvet antrenmanlarını bile. Hem mental hem fiziksel sağlığımı bu sayede koruyabiliyorum :) her eğitmen herkese uymayabilir. Tavsiyem farklı hocaları deneyerek tarzı size en uygun olanı bulmanız. 10-15 farklı eğitmen var biri mutlaka size uyacaktır. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Deneyin!

Yeni Nesil Spor Uygulaması
Functional, Core, Cycling ve bir çok tarz antremanı bulabildiğimiz, deneyim açısından da kullanıcı dostu bir uygulama olmuş. Aynı zamanda spor alışkanlıklarının değiştiği bu dönemde motivasyonları yüksek tutabilmek adına hayat standartlarını artıran bir uygulama olmuş. Canlı yayın olması da sanki stüdyoda ders yapıyormuş hissiyatına sahip olmamızı sağlamaktadır. Kesinlikle son zamanların en iyi spor uygulaması olacağını düşüyorum. Hocaların kalitesi de bunu göstermektedir.

Samimi ve motive edici
Diğer applerden ayıran en önemli özelliği bir süre hocaları sanki tanıyomuşsunuz gibi hissetmeye başlıyorsunuz ve o gün spor yapmazsanız eksik hissediyosunuz. Benim için bir spor appinde en önemli şeyler samimiyet ve motivasyon. Bu appte bu en üst seviye.
