From the Wiz V2, press on Settings, scroll down and click on Help Center and from here you will be able to initiate a Live chat Support.
Can I cennet it to Apple Home?
I really like the bulb but I have both Philips Hue and WiZ but I couldn’t find how to connect it to Apple home properly. When I try to scan the QR code on the box Apple Home can’t read it. Could you help me please? Also, if we could’ve select some colors and make some ambiance between those colors it would be perfect.

If you are unsure if your devices are compatible, please reach out to our support team via chat support by opening your WiZ Connected application, proceed to "Settings" and tap "Help Center". Once you are there, you may start a live chat with our support team for prompt assistance on this.

Istanbul ,TURKEY time is wrong
Turkey abandoned summer time and fixed its time zone. Wiz application is behaving like summertime is valid in Turkey. While programming a device in Turkey , you must think as the time is one hour earlier than the actual time during winter, otherwise your program will initiate one hour late . During summertime there should be no problem with timing.I think you can fix this problem easily.
