92.1 WLHR is a regional but locally-focused FM radio station that serves Franklin and Hart Counties in Northeast Georgia along the shores of Lake Hartwell, the second largest lake east of the Mississippi River. Coverage Area The 92.1 WLHR transmitter and tall tower are located on a high ridge near Canon, Georgia. The site was chosen for its clear line of sight coverage from deep into Upstate South Carolina across Northeast Georgia and into the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The station’s 5,600-watt crystal-clear FM stereo signal operates at full power 24 hours daily.
