It's sad to see that it lacks some of the functions that its competitors have. It would be great to invite people to use the lock from Apple Home app, without needing to install this app. Needs a better UI/UX, design looks a bit old. The home selection list screen everytime you open the app is a bit wrong design choice, most of the people use it for just one home. Also please make it compatible with Matter, if it's possible with firmware update. All working perfectly other than these. Thank you for your interest in user feedbacks.

Sistem
Önceden sorunsuz çalışırdı. Şimdi kapı kapalı göstermiyor ,otomatik kilitlenme devreye girmiyor .eve gelince beni algılayıp otomatik kapı açmıyor .ben kapıyı açıyorum eve giriyorum 2 dakika sonra kapıyı açıyor.bu şuanda pek güven vermiyor. Wi-Fi hup bağlantı sorunu yaşıyor sürekli kopma yaşıyor .ilk kullanmaya başladığım da yoktu bu sorun .

İyi ama yeterli değil
Uygulama ve sistem genel olarak iyi ancak bazı işlevlerde sorun var. otomatik kilit açma sistemi bazen düzgün çalışıyor, bazen geç çalışıyor, bazen hiç çalışmıyor. Stabil değil. Uygulamadan açma kapama genelde çalışırken Apple Watch uygulaması genelde çalışmıyor. Yazılım olarak eksik ve hataların giderilmesi lazım.
Application and system is good but auto unlock feature is no reliable. Also using the system from Apple Watch is not possible most of the time. Application needs urgent update to address this issues. I think the main issue is the iphone app doesn’t refresh itself properly in the background.
