What does it do?
Sense uses clever technology to keep things simple. It saves you time so you can get on with your day.
Once you’ve activated the app on your phone, you can:
- Update your policy, personal details and vehicle information.
- View and download your policy documents.
- If you’re involved in an accident, take details and make a claim right from the app.
Also, if you have a private hire policy, you can:
- Get a driver score and insights to help you drive better.
- Earn a discount at renewal when you drive well.
We’re rolling out new features all the time, so be sure to keep the app up-to-date on your phone.

- Clear Visual Indicators: Depending on your driving, you'll see your speed performance displayed as 'Dangerous', 'Average', or 'Good'. This feature is designed to help you improve your driving by providing straightforward, easy-to-understand feedback.
- Feature Availability: Your Speed Rating will appear on the dashboard only when relevant, ensuring that your main Sense Score always leads the way in monitoring your driving.
### Enhanced Authentication Process
- Smoother Experience: We've refined the authentication process to handle sessions more effectively. Now, if there's an issue with session expiration, you'll be seamlessly guided to reauthenticate, avoiding unnecessary retries and ensuring uninterrupted access to your app.
### Improved Pricing Information
- Clearer Cost Details: We've adjusted the 'Price Before Sense' display to include a handy "?" icon next to the renewal price. Clicking this will open a modal with more details, aligned with our updated design for better clarity and consistency.
