YALAN.Aldığınız yakıtlar sisteme yansımıyor!!
Shell petrolden ZUBİZU uygulaması kullanarak yaptığım ödemeler uygulamada ki yakıt işlemlerinde görünmüyor, daha önceki 2 yakıt alımım görünmekte. Harcama tutarı 48 saat içinde yansıyacaktır demesine rağmen 13 eylül'de 50 TL'lik ve 15 eylül'de 100 TL'lik aldığım yakıtlar uygulama da yakıt işlemlerim kısmında hala yok. Müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp sorduğumda baştan savma cevaplarla geçiştiriyorlar. Shell petrolden 300 TL yakıt alınca, 15 TL hediye yakıt kampanyasından yakıt aldığım halde bu sebeple yararlanamıyorum. Reklamlar da bu kampanyalardan bahsediyorlar ama ne uygulama doğru dürüst çalışıyor ne de müşteri hizmetleri yardımcı oluyor. Müşteri hizmetlerine düzeltilmesi için konuştuğumda, sanki almadığım yakıtı istiyormuşum gibi tavırlar takınıp ilgilenmiyor, sallama cevaplar veriyorlar. ZUBİZU ile Shell kampanyası var zannetmeyin, resmen yalan bir uygulama. Aldığınız yakıtlar görünmüyor.
