Yazio is a food-and-exercise-tracking app with a higher purpose: to help you feel more confident in your body.
When you first launch the app, you’ll be asked to select a goal: do you want to lose weight, build muscle or maintain the status quo? After you enter your age, height and weight, Yazio creates a healthy-eating programme personalised for you.
It then makes it easy to track your food and water intake. The app estimates the calorie count of your meals, so you don’t have to spend time poring over labels. You can even set up a Siri shortcut to check your progress without even opening the app.
