It’s pigs versus machines in a silly, futuristic action-fest.

Ammo Pigs: Armed and Delicious

Juicy smash 'em up, rescue op.

View

In the year 2049, when humanity has been extinguished by a lethal A.I., only pigs will remain to fight the mechanical overlords. And if that makes no sense, don’t worry – just shoot first and oink questions later.

Surviving solo is tough. With three fragile pigs in tow? Even tougher.

Ammo Pigs: Armed and Delicious is a side-scrolling blast-’em-up starring a noble pig trying to rescue his porky pals. Problem is, they’re being held captive in sprawling underground bunkers full of swine-slaying enemies.

With its retro graphics and chiptune soundtrack, Ammo Pigs feels like an old-school console game. It even plays a lot like those unforgiving jaunts of yesteryear: Sharp reflexes are all that stand between you and the Game Over screen.

Keep an eye out for kidnapped pigs and health-restoring vending machines.

Robots, tanks, rats, bats – you’ll need to take out all sorts of enemies to complete each level with your pink hide intact. If you’re lucky, the occasional crate will hold rocket ammo – great for getting rid of those relentless spinning blade bots.

Your heroic hog can take a few hits before biting the dust, but the pigs you need to rescue go kablooey if anything touches them. Getting all three out alive on any given level can be really tricky; clearing a safe path through the bunker before freeing them is often your best bet. Pull it off and you might just squeal with victory.
