I’ve honestly seldom ever used travel apps but using AllRidi was definitely great experience. From the ease of use of the app to the overall friendliness of the driver; topping it off with the ride being actually cheaper than what I thought it would’ve, I’m definitely using this app again🤳🏾

Terrible Experience With Drivers
His attitude was terrible. If you don’t want to do the job don’t do it. The ride was uncomfortable and unbearable. He ended the ride early which made the payment double. I had to pay twice and more than I would’ve had it been just one ride alone. Very disappointing experience. I was very uncomfortable and upset about how much I had to spend on a mistake on his part. Also the number plate of the vehicle was not the number plate that was registered on AllRiDi. This is very concerning and bad because of the state this country is in especially for women. Y’all need to do better with your drivers. If I could’ve rated 0 stars I would’ve.
First time
This was the first time I’ve used and travel using this app. I must say I was impressed by the response and the drive itself. The driver was on-time and very pleasant. I was offered bottled water and I reached my destination safely. Oh the price was good too. Will definitely use them again.
