Issues always!!!
Bmobile can’t ever seem to get their apps working properly and consistently. I only recently downloaded and already the issues have begun.
It does what I need it to do when it does actually work but the actual time I need it to is another thing entirely.
I would definitely recommend over topping up online as that is robbery but download at your own risk as the app is not reliable.
Great start!
Simple user interface. Many options to sign in - create account or use your google or apple accounts. Adding you Bmobile account is easy and paying with credit card too! It’s applied in 30 mins! Topping up others is easy as well. You can view the transaction history, you amount due and the date. You get email notifications when you do either functions. You get a listing of the quick codes and store locations. Great that all is done in one app! The app just looks a little dated but it functions!
HORRIBLE APP
I started using the bmobileGo app as suggested by the CSR at the call centre of BMOBILE. It worked really good in the beginning (3 months) after that every time I tried signing in I am met with a black screen. This has been happening for the past 6months plus as such I’ve never been able to access the app.
For a telecommunication provider you would think they would have their act together… and the only reason I’m giving them one star is because I have to rate them to post my comment otherwise they would of gotten no stars for this app.
