Poor service over Christmas
I placed an order for my Christmas items on 3 different occasions (November 2022 and December 2022). Up to now (March 2023) I have yet to receive my packages. When I followed up with this company (Chic Me) they claimed my packages were delivered, upon checking my sky box company they never received any of the packages. I re-informed Chic Me and they continue to insist that the items have been delivered along with tracking numbers.
Now how am I suppose to track this if the company they are dropping off at have no evidence of the packages being received. There was no assistance from Chic Me to help recover my items, no help from management (it’s as if your speaking to an automated robot). I am a hard working person who likes to wear nice things.
Now I have bought from this site every month for the last year and never got this kind of bad treatment. Packages take long but they always reach me.
I am giving them one more try by sending items to another address. I really don’t want to write off this company because I was happy with their stuff and they are my go to. I hope that it was a seasonal error. Trying with just one item instead of more then one. Wish me luck
