The First Citizens Investment Services app aims to deliver the investment content in a mobile, user-friendly format. The app would feature:
1) First Citizens Investment Services’ market insights on the stock market and emerging markets & bonds trends for both the local and foreign markets. These would be in the form of blogs and can be sorted by date and topic
2) Social media share options allowing for the app and its contents to be liked, emailed and shared
3) Rates on investment products
4) Foreign exchange rates
5) Economic alerts to push information to customers
6) Contact information for agents with their photo and biography which would be sorted alphabetically and by region
7) Tutorial illustrating to how to use the app
