App crashes
App crashes after payment is processed! Cannot send receipt…. Have called and complained to FCB over a year now and no resolution!
POOR!
I was so excited to integrate this mode of payment into my startup business but disappointed.
I never was able to set up the iPad version keeps crashing.
The app keeps crashing after payment and is unable to issue receipts.
It only accepts chip cards, as the swipe option never works.
If this is not resolved, I may have to seek out alternatives to note loose business. (VERY DISAPPOINTED FCB).
Cannot send reciept
App crashes after payment and cannot send receipt. It’s been so over a year now with version 1.2.3. Theres a 1.2.4 version for android that can send receipts but not for apple.
