Service good but app itself needs work
The service and the people behind the f brand is good but the gps on the app itself is not reliable. It’ll be saying the driver is still at the restaurant meanwhile the driver is actually in front of the delivery destination
Horrible
Please don’t download half the restaurants on here takes forever to accept your order and then when you cancel your order it takes about 5 business days to refund your card because from the time you place your order your card is charged. And the only other option is for food drop to cancel the order where your money is then placed in a wallet on the app that you can only use the credit on their stupid app.
Real talk.
Ah love allyuh bad. Is only my current fight to earn what I should that’s holding me back from being a more permanent customer.
Your drivers, the selections of restaurants, the lack of more available times… these should all be addressed.
