Service good but app itself needs work
The service and the people behind the f brand is good but the gps on the app itself is not reliable. It’ll be saying the driver is still at the restaurant meanwhile the driver is actually in front of the delivery destination
Horrible
Please don’t download half the restaurants on here takes forever to accept your order and then when you cancel your order it takes about 5 business days to refund your card because from the time you place your order your card is charged. And the only other option is for food drop to cancel the order where your money is then placed in a wallet on the app that you can only use the credit on their stupid app.
Poor delivery
I placed orders twice using this service and it was horrible. First time they took 3 hours to deliver my breakfast from Starbucks and the 2nd time 5 hours with the wrong order!!! That’s pure insanity. Your ETA on the app states 1 hour then why am I waiting so long. It is really unfair to be waiting this long when no communication isn’t being given. Why must the customers have to constantly contact the agents to ask for an update???? That is your job. Do better!
