The app is used in conjunction with LIFESTYLE MONITORS’ Bluetooth heart rate monitor.
The App gives an integral of your living habits, the pressure you experience from your social and work environment in their influence on your stress level.
Daily self-monitoring keeps you motivated to change unhealthy behavior and circumstances and shows you whether your approach is effective or not.
In addition to using this App independently, it is also a great addition for those who use health apps and fitness trackers. The measurement results can now be placed in a broader perspective on your health and well-being.
Attention! The Healthy Lifestyle Monitor App does not provide reliable measurement results in case of people suffering from heart failure, frequent heart rhythm disorders, who have a pacemaker or who are taking medicines that influences the heart rhythm.
