Horrible Treatment.

The “add yours” feature does not work for me at all & at first I thought maybe it was because of the region in which I live or maybe my app wasn’t working but NO— it was because I posted a meme that they marked as offensive/going against guidelines. I tried to appeal it but to no avail. The bots send a response & then nothing happens.

These post were also made years ago. Obviously Im a different person now & I actually limit how much I post now so I think it’s absurd that after all these years I still don’t have access to a feature nor can I participate in photo sharing via this feature.

Instagram, please do better. ESPECIALLY regarding the customer support unit because it makes no sense having to appeal removed posts if y’all not even gonna look at it & do something about it.

Unfair treatment

I run paid ads like everyone else, IG makes money from me however because I’m from the Caribbean I’m robbed of the same joy others experience.

The music feature has been out over two years and I don’t have it, IG market is unavailable and I have a business account that I run ads from.

Reels is unavailable but I’m able to assist in the reels of others going viral just by watching. It really is unfair to us, I don’t understand what the segregation is about, isn’t this a global app 🤷🏾‍♀️

Standard has dropped

Instagram has become disappointing beyond words. From TERRIBLE service when they delete your posts by mistake and don’t respond to your reports about it for MONTHS, to the constant bugs that causes the app to crash, especially when using the reel feature or simply replying to messages. Then this login problem where it keeps saying error or to check your internet connection. Just terrible. I don’t know what happened to Instagram over the course of years but I really expected better. 👎🏾

Another thing, if y’all could ACTUALLY remove all the data such as chat history with photos and voice messages when someone deletes their account that would be great, because it’s very annoying when you delete your account and the people you previously texted can still access shared things in the chat.
