Unresolved Issues
It’s been over 24hrs that I cannot access the game to play.. when attempting to redeem my wild sticker to select the sticker “Making a splash” to complete my album the game is encountering an issue and resetting.
I’ve messaged help desk numerous times and upon getting a response saying the issue is resolved on checking the game I get the same issue.
Can someone please actually assist me or something? Time is running out for me to complete the album which is what I was attempting to do when I was redeeming the wild sticker due to the fact that “Making a splash” was the final sticker to complete the album.

FUN AND DISAPPOINTING
This game is very interesting, fun and exciting. I love the competition, I destroy my friends boards and they try to bankrupt me, it’s a rush however I have been playing this game for months and I can’t complete all the albums. Even with all the duplicates that I get {which is very annoying with the number I have received} I sell them to get a vault {no matter the size} I STILL don’t get any new stickers. No matter how many stars you use, it’s just a disappointment. I used my credit card to buy more dice {which to me in the moment was worth it because I REALLY wanted to complete the “build a car with my friends”} the cost for dice are way too expensive for the amount of dice you receive.
I am going to delete this game soon as the season is done. It’s too hard to get gold cards which CANNOT be traded.
Hackers and Bots??
I’ve read several of the reviews, and agree with all of them. The game is fun, but the developers have put many roadblocks and obstacles that will either have you very frustrated or spending way too much money.
Part of the game allows you to attack those on your friends list several times in one sitting. But recently I am being attacked constantly and relentlessly by one person/bot/hacker.
I have written to the developers twice and not received a response explaining how this is possible.
It irritated me so much I didn’t play for a day. I am very tempted to delete the game.
If the developers respond to this message, please don’t waste my time with the “we value your opinion and will pass on the feedback to the Customer Service team”. I messaged your Customer Service team twice about the same problem on two separate occasions.
Added to the frustration, there are many people on the Facebook page for the game who have experienced the same issues, have complained to Customer Service, and have gotten no response.
