Application Development
This app has been poorly developed. Using it in an iOS makes it very difficult to login, so the user would not participate in its use.
Some research should be placed on the HCI and GUI…..seems like it was not tested sufficiently before it’s release
Poorly designed app
Login on is a task by itself. I’m getting incorrect user/password. I use the same info on a desktop and it’s correct.. saw a review with same problems and on an iOS device.. 🥹
Review
Terrible app. Needs to be constantly reviewed and updated for optimum performance.
Always an issue using. Digicel is light years ahead of this service.
