MyDigicel 4+

In my experience, it has been a source of disappointment. One of the most glaring issues is that payments never seem to go through smoothly, causing a lot of unnecessary hassle and inconvenience.

What’s even more frustrating is the persistently incorrect post-paid balance displayed on the app. This not only adds to the inconvenience but also erodes trust in the app’s reliability. If MyDigicel intends to promote the use of their app for bill payments, they really need to address these issues urgently.

Overall, my experience with the app has been far from satisfactory, and significant improvements are necessary to make it a dependable payment solution.

I’m postpaid and I’ve been using the old app a long time now especially to pay bills (both mobile and Digicel Play). I was skeptical at first but when I started using it, it was a life saver. Such a convenience and no problems everything ran smoothly.
Then.......they “upgraded” it.....the new app was automatically updated and it is such crap. User interface is poor. And the tutorial is a cheap piece of work. No help at all. Now I can’t pay bills. Keeps “saying not supported in my country” everytime I try to make a payment. Contacted support (they took forever to reply from within the same app) who replies and sends a link to go pay online and that was it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I deleted the app reinstalled it and still the same problems. Now I have to go back to standing in lines to pay my bill where as I had the convenience of paying my bills wherever I am from my phone. P.S. - I’m using an iPhone X in case you were wondering what phone I’m running the app on.

Too many times I have been subject to digicel and their Robbery. Today I activated the unlimited talk plan where you can make a international calls(USA)at the cost of $3.38 no matter no duration of the call. Upon making my call the first two times the person did not answer and the call went to voicemail and I checked my balance and each time 3.38 was taken from me which is relatively understandable, however During my call today digicel did not charge me at this rate and my money finished. This is not the first time this has happened and I am fed up of the nonsense !
