From the first time using it till now, it’s improved a lot. Alle the AI is impressive. I was able to book a flight recently and the experience was good, a bit longer than expected, but still good. Alle was able to guide me through it and complete the reservation. Although Alle was able to answer my questions and concerns, I wish there were more info prior to making the booking. There were some unanswered questions before making the booking and I was only able to understand the process during the process. This may be off putting to some persons, especially the non tech savvy. More info is needed on the booking process.

After my experience with the app and complaint. I have to say that the technical service was good. The developer contacted me about the issues I was going through. They did their checks. They even did a follow up. Keep up with the good service. I will give the app a second chance. The only thing, make the video less faster. Take into consideration the none tech people.
