Great!

Netflix is awesome! No issues with streaming whatsoever. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because of the delay when new episodes are supposed to be added.

Improvements for future updates

A great improvement would be allowing users to place 4 digit passwords on their user profile. Another tip that would add to that feature device approval. This way guest users use guest account or even have guest access and don’t mess suggested content for a profile owner.
Also I do appreciate the games that comes with my Netflix subscription. Makes Netflix it an experience to be part of. Giving it exclusivity.

Also Arcade had to potential to hit more veiws. A lot people appreciate how Netflix gives us content to binge. If ur making a series with air 2 episodes per week. U can control users list for the show. U can lose watchers with the week

Very disappointed

Netflix streaming is great. I’ve had it for years. However, they are getting this low rating from me for the following reasons:
1) I had a two screen subscription that got hacked. Every time I logged in I was unable to view because people were using my profile unauthorized. I called to report this issue. The agent upgraded from 2 screens to 4 because Netflix is unable to log people off immediately, it takes 8 hrs.

2) Even though I was assured that I would not be billed for the upgrade I was. I am still awaiting a refund after I reported this. I was subsequently advised that I should change my password to prevent hacking. I did this to no avail, I was still unable to stream even on an updated 4 screens.

3) Netflix informed me that my billing was through iTunes and that I should remove my subscription from iTunes. I did but it in turn cancelled my entire Netflix subscription. When I attempted to renew my subscription, I had to pay the updated amount as the old fee was no longer available.

I will not be renewing my subscription with Netflix and I am very dissatisfied as a customer.
