Best service ever
I live in the Caribbean,I speak English...and Netflix is one of the best services out there...Granted you have to wait for the shows to get new seasons..seeing as they wait until all the episodes to come out so you will be able to have all the episodes one time...But it’s a great service and I highly recommend it.
Netflix streaming is great. I’ve had it for years. However, they are getting this low rating from me for the following reasons:
1) I had a two screen subscription that got hacked. Every time I logged in I was unable to view because people were using my profile unauthorized. I called to report this issue. The agent upgraded from 2 screens to 4 because Netflix is unable to log people off immediately, it takes 8 hrs.
2) Even though I was assured that I would not be billed for the upgrade I was. I am still awaiting a refund after I reported this. I was subsequently advised that I should change my password to prevent hacking. I did this to no avail, I was still unable to stream even on an updated 4 screens.
3) Netflix informed me that my billing was through iTunes and that I should remove my subscription from iTunes. I did but it in turn cancelled my entire Netflix subscription. When I attempted to renew my subscription, I had to pay the updated amount as the old fee was no longer available.
I will not be renewing my subscription with Netflix and I am very dissatisfied as a customer.
Service is okay
I live in the Caribbean more show should be HDR and 4K supported. Also, have more variety in movies and upload latest seasons of my favorite series much faster, I hated being behind if I have to wait or Netflix. Otherwise the service great.
