Robbery

I bought this app in 2018, I had some issues with my phone so I lost all my apps when I tried to reinstall this app they want me to pay for it again. This isn’t fair, even when I downloaded it on my iPad they wanted me to pay for it. There’s no support so you can’t even make a query or a complaint.
