Needs Heavy Tweaking
While it is convenient to have, the user experience is terrible. For eg:
1) Selecting any item to cart is very slow (sometimes requires a second or third swipe or tap)
2) Menu constantly refreshes to the start of the list after selecting any item.
3) Backswipe function does not work. You have to scroll back to the top of the page to find the back icon.
4) You might end up adding more than one item to the cart at once because the app has a terrible delay. And deleting them is equally slow and frustrating.
Worst app ever
I have been a member for a very long time and this app makes no sense to me at all. I scanned to register and it doesn’t work, registered and it doesn’t work. I tries to reset my password and the staff at the club can’t even access my information. The person added to my card can’t even get another card or access to the app to shop at PriceSmart. I paid my money and can’t get proper access to services that I already paid for.
Logging in issues
You have to log in every single time now and it no longer accepts your email address as an option. I lost my card and do not have my membership number since they stopped issuing replacement cards.
