Understandably, with changes and improvements there will be challenges but this is just poor and sad. Yes the app is loaded with features but it is not as direct as the previous one making it difficult to use and not user friendly.
Even worse, I couldn’t sign into the app in the beginning. Now I can sign in but it closes for itself before I can do anything. Weeks have passed since the launch and these issues have yet to be rectified. This is just disappoint

I was locked out of the app for an incorrect password, contacted the bank on several occasions with respect to this. They emailed me with a temporary password each time, which never worked. Finally after visiting the bank, I was told that the temporary password would only work while using a browser and not the app. Finally signed in and changed my password and re-activated the app. I chose the sign in with fingerprint option and I was able to sign in that day but by the next day every time I tried to sign in I received the same alert, “unable to sign in, contact bank.” AGAIN! I know for sure now that there is no issue with my password, as a matter of fact, there wasn’t even an option to insert my password, just the fingerprint authentication. The password works well with the browser, the app is just terrible!

I was so used to the previous app that this new app has severely sullied my opinion and trust. Attempted to make a credit card payment that failed (not sure why) confirmed my balance had not changed. So I painfully trod to the bank to make the payment. As I always do after leaving the bank I checked to ensure the payment was applied correctly only to see that the “failed” transaction was deducted from my account and I paid over the counter. Called to have it reversed and was advised it’ll be returned in a few days!!! No no no absolutely unacceptable. It didn’t take days for your glitchy app to deduct my money why must I painfully wait! App is trash!!!!!
